Tough Run!!
Took Vanilla GU at 6 and eGel at 11 miles.
HR got out of control.
Miles 1-9 were around 11mpm
Mile 10 - 10:50
Mile 11 - 10:05
Mile 12 - 9:51
Mile 13/14 - 11:30 (recovery)
Trying to work towards 20% over pace/10% over pace but can't do it in the heat.
