4 miles at 10:30 pace
2.5 miles at 9:30 pace
1 mile at 8:00 pace

Foot started acting up around 8 miles and I decided going for 13 wasn't in the plans. Decided to run the last 1.5 at tempo and then some.
A bit of pain returning to the top of my foot.
