Beautiful Chicago weather!
Started off abit fast and got my HR up quickly. Was hoping to sustain a pace near 11mpm and never could.
Since my HR was up I threw in 2 1/4 mile GP bursts. Both wound up being a bit slower than planned.
31% above zone
Saw 4 deer (1 a 6+ point buck). A fun run!
