Legs 4/10 early - 7/10 late - go figure!
Left calf acting up again for the first 2-3 miles. Left hip also tight. Made several stops (5+) in the first few miles trying to stretch it out. Also had 3 stops to "melt the snow". Gels at 7 and 13.
Planned for:
5 at 10:10, 5 at 9:45, 8 at 9:20 and ended up with...
5 at 10:03, 5 at 9:40, 8 at 9:06 -- Ran the last 2 at MP (8:45?)
Thinking about gearing more of my runs to a GMP of 8:30 (hence the 10:12 and 9:21 - 20%-10%)

miles 1-5 - 139 :: 10:03 (extra stops = low HR)
miles 6-10 - 145 :: 9:40
miles 11-15 - 154 :: 9:13
miles 16-18 - 164 :: 8:50
