Legs 8/10 early - 4/10 late. Legs are very tight after - mostly calves
Right hip/behind knee acted up at 9.5 miles. This was as bad ad it has been since last Fall. Stretched it out at water break around 11.75 and was fine until end.
9:56 pace average was fatser than planned. Avg HR still well under 152.
Last 8 miles (sans 1) were under 10:00 and last 4 were under 9:30 - A 3/1 run.
