Legs 5/10
Left leg was a mess the first 3 miles - had to stop 3 times to stretch. Leg was numb, more pain in quad and into left hip. Crept into left calf. Finally got better (or numb) around 3 miles.
Pace was good - one mile at 8:57 with hills and last 2 miles on flat at 8:41 & 8:39.
HR is probably a bit low with the few stops.
