It is about 75 M from the dock to the first buoy. 800M to swim the diamond. My sighting wasn't so good so swam more than 800M for certain.
Averaged about 4:25 per 200M section (2:12/100M). Normally had to swim 20-30 sec. breaststroke as shoulders were tight from yesterdays swim - plus I was huffing a bit.
Took break and did out and back to first buoy - again just around 4:30 per 200M.
