Legs felt great to start and fought hard to keep the pace slower - didn't fight hard enough it seems. HR into mid 160's climbing Campbell. Got a bit fatigued around the midpoint and rallied after some water and a gel. Legs never felt too heavy but was glad to be done...
Last similar run was 4/12. Overall pace was 7 seconds faster and HR 4 BPM higher. Max HR was 8 higher.

miles 6-10 - 155 :: 9:14 (HR +4 :: Pace -4)
miles 11-14 - 165 :: 8:48 (HR +6 :: Pace -7)
Last mile at 8:14 --174/181 (HR +5 but pace 1 faster (downwind today)
Temp range 54-71 - about 25 deg warmer than last time with DP at 57. Temps and only 14 hours since last run contributing factors to HR I think.
