Did the newer long route. 1 loop CCW and one CW. Then run around the neighborhood for a bit. Gels at 6.5 and 13 - not enough.

miles 6-10 - 148 :: 10:07 (wind)
miles 11-15 - 154 :: 9:19
miles 16-20 - 166 :: 9:04 (wind)
Last 2 miles at "conservative" GMP of 8:45. Hard to get the legs to go those last 2 miles. The wind was INSANE! Gusts consistently near 40 mph!
Legs felt very good next day - by far best ever after 20 miler. 15 minute cold water bath (tap water is freezing now).
