5x600 w/ 90 second jogs
Intervals 1,3,5 were uphill and into wind - 2,4 downwind and downhill.
Tougher ones were nearer 7:10 pace and easier nearer 6:50. Took ~2:35 per work session and then 90 sec recovery jog.
