Right Hip acted up early - around 5 miles. Right foot sore. Iced both after run.
Lengthening stride (running faster) helped the hip a bit.
Ran last 5 miles 10% over and 3-8 around 20% over MGP. Middle miles between 9:55 and 10:10.
Did last 17 miler a bit faster in the end but slower in the beginning/middle.
