Legs 7/10 - Hip acted up around 7 miles (on downhill). Legs never had any pep.

First mile was too fast - damn bird attacked me and that helped increase the pace.

HR was well under control but probably should have kept it closer to 10:20 pace.

Got a few good hills in...
