DP went down as run went on - nice breeze at first as well.
The best running weather since summer. HR well under control - 145 avg!
Paces should be 10:30 / 9:37.
Ran first 7 miles at goal of 10:30 +:15. Ran last 7.25 under 9:37 to make up for slower start since I still felt decent. Last mile under MGP.
Hip started getting tight at 10 miles. The short water breaks and the longer break at 11 miles for a gel helped.
