Great run today. Felt strong. Definately could have pushed it harder for speed training if needed. Hamstring much less bothersome today. 25:46.93 for 9:00.34, 8:41.79, 8:04.80. Next up is x2 shoulders and arms & x2 abs, kettle ball squats!
