Notes

45 min tempo. Injury leg felt good. Started at 6.2 for 10 min and increased .1 every 2 minutes to 40 mins. Backed down slow to 6.8. Had to stop after mile 3 for 5 minutes to get Collin. (Didn't start watch for little bit. mile 4 was done at 36:15)
