did 3 reps with kettle ball squatting and pushing up with 3 reps of squatting and swinging it.

then did rows with bar and then over head press with bar 3 reps

also did 3 reps working tris (overhead and then with leg on bench)

3 reps of slamming the weighted ball on floor while squatting too
