Notes

Tried gu. weird texture, but No problems. Ankle not wrapped. Slightly sore but not bad. Injury leg still tight and needs aligned. Run felt good. Started at 6.1 and increased about every 2 miles until last 2 then worked on finishing strong. 1:15:43. Splits= 9:47.62, 9:50.80, (forgot to push watch so one was over mile and next under:: 10.54.48, 8:25.17, which averages about 9:40 and 9:39 splits), 9:32.43, 9:28.87, 9:22.58, 8:21.80
