Everything felt great running, feet, legs, lungs.

Note to self; DO NOT have black beans the night before or the day of running. Felt like I had to crap my pants almost the entire run.....not fun.

Ran with music and not Georgia tonight.

Ran in the evening for less heat- perfect temp at 8:30
