Got off work a little early. Fought a headwind what seemed like the whole way home. Definitely going down Robinson where it had me going 14. Took a long route down Wilson Farm/Patrick/ and Villa Roma to get a few extra miles. My right Achilles tendon has been bothering me since Tue. Must be the running. It doesn't bother me at all on the bike which is nice with a 100 mile mountain ride in a week. My left knee is a different story. It seemed to complain a bit today so I stayed in an easy gear and didn't worry about time.
