COMMENTS: Matthew played on the climbing frames while I ran. Felt stiff the first lap. My left heel was also stiff the first lap but loosened up. I could feel some stress in my left thigh the last 3 laps. Strong wind on the back stretch. Updated my weight on my watch which dropped the calories a little.
