COMMENTS: Extreamly easy run. Didn't even go into zone 5 and we have a tough hill in the neighborhood. I'm a little cautious about my knees on the hills. Didn't try to go down the hills too fast but was able to rest for the trip back up. Effort- 5. Its rather cool running in the evening. Gatorade after the run was ok. I think it tastes bad when my mouth is dry. I measured the dist with G-maps. I'll drive it tomorrow.
**6/17/06- Drove the route and its exactly 3.0 miles.
