Notes

COMMENTS: Started off with a 1 mile run around the neighborhood. At the gym did 30 mins on the ellip and the rest as usual. Then about 20 mins in the pool. Without waiting for people to clear the lane I can do 20 lengths in 15 mins. Thats 500 yds which would be 1000 yds in 30 mins.
