Notes
Felt pretty good today. Did 45 mins of Wii Fit before I ran which gets my HR up a little and is some good stretch exercises. My right leg felt great until the last hill coming out toward Kendrick. My left leg was a little tight after the Wii exercises but it didn't bother much. It did feel a little tighter toward the end but its getting better. I had a gel at the halfway point and walked while I ate it which was a little rest.
