COMMENTS: Medium paced run. My mileage this week is pitiful. I don't know if I will be able to do a 25 min 5k in two weeks. Felt good today. The gym is a good workout to loosen up. Took it easy the first two miles and used the 3rd as a test to see what a 8 min pace felt like when I'm tired. Not too bad but I'm still not sure I can keep it up for 3 miles.
