COMMENTS: NEW SHOES. After I walked Poston Park trail I just had to have some proper trail running shoes. They have better tread and are a little stiffer on the bottom. They felt great and run well. I felt like I had very good footing the whole way. I don't know if the trail is 3 miles. I wasn't trying very hard and managed better than a 9:30 pace, on a trail?? This trail is brutal as well. You have to really pay attention to each footstep. It was a lot of fun though and I plan to make it a weekly thing. Its good for working extra muscles in the legs and the constant change of pace is a good workout. I have seriously worked on my weight. I have some catching up to do. According to my chart I should be at 156.
