COMMENTS: Walk 4:30, Run 0:30, 4x
I'm working with a plan. I've taken a "Couch to 5k" program and slowed the first part then slowly picked up the pace to even out at the end just in time for the Gaston Memorial 5k. Todays walk included four 30 second jogs. My knees felt good yesterday and today. I'll use ice off and on this evening.
