Six minute warmup which I made ten.
One minute at 90%, one minute at 30% 15 times.
The last one at 100%. That was brutal!
Ten minute cooldown.
90% was 52/13 at 100rpm.
30% was 52/17 at 80rpm.
zone- 6:48
cal- 703 (721/hr) seemed like a lot of work for 700 cal.
