Dropped Julie's car at Lofton's and went from there. Wind was pretty stiff going out but the tail wind coming back was great. Didn't feel like I was keeping that type of pace. I felt relaxed and was trying not to over do it after having run this morning and ridden the trails a while. Amazing what four days rest will do.
