Avery Creek fire road and lower half of Black Mtn trail-127
Right out of the fish hatchery.
Down hwy 276 to a fire road on the left before the car park.
Up the Avery Creek fire road.
Right through the gate at the horse stables and pig pin.
Another right in about 6 tenths mile.
Right onto Black Mtn trail-127 at Pressley Gap and single track to the parking lot.
Back out on hwy 276, right toward the hatchery.
Avery Creek fire road and Coontree loop.
Right up the Avery Creek fire road again.
Straight at the horse stables and up to Bennett Gap
Left on to Coontree loop-138/144 back down to 276 then toward the hatchery.
Fire road 5046 and lower half of Daniel Ridge loop.
Just past the hatchery take the Davidson River trail-650 on the left.
Back on the road, up a little and take the next right at the gravel car park.
Not very far on the left is a great waterfall.
Stay on the fire road until the Daniel Ridge loop-105 goes off the right.
At a trail crossing go left to stay on Daniel Ridge loop and go to fire road 137.
Fire roads 475, 471, and Butter Gap.
Past the gravel car park and right on fire road 475.
Go to fire road 471 at Gloucester Gap and go left.
Through a gate onto 471D and to 123 at Butter Gap back to the hatchery.
