COMMENTS: 3 miles! Slower pace but I just wanted to go the distance. Goal #1 accomplished. Be able to finish 5k without walking. The last mile took some concentration. I start to slouch and my hips move too much when I'm tired. I fellt good through the run. I can feel the extra mile in my left calf and right knee. Breathing was mostly 3/2 with more 2/2 the last mile. More streaching when I get home helps a lot. Stopped by the gym for about 20min. Think I'll alternate 2 m and 3m this week.
