Notes
COMMENTS: Good run. A little stiff at the start which is the usual. The temperature was nice. A lot of traffic at 4 o-clock in the morning. I must have passed 4 cars. It's usually 1 or 2. I think every dog on the route was barking which probably bothers the owners more than me. I wasn't in the mood for running fast. Breathing was 4/2 and relaxed the whole way. I think I need to recover from Sat race. My legs still feel a little sore. I plan to stick to 4 miles easy the next couple of runs and decide later about a long run this weekend. Eating breakfast at 5 o-clock means your hungry before noon.
