Met Wiren at the WWC this morning. Ryan was suppose to be there be he called at the last minute. His builder showed to fix a few things at the new house so he stayed. Took Wiren on a quick tour of Figure 8 and the main trail then slowed the pace a little. We saw Benny in the parking lot and met him. Did a couple Green Loop laps and he left. Wiren and I did one more lap. Surprised at how consistent my HR average was. I stopped at the top of Goat Hill to wait on Wiren and noticed how quickly my HR drops from high 160's to the 120's.
