I had left a little late. About 2 mins past 5 but didn't want to push too hard just to walk in all sweaty. I didn't think I was keeping a pace that would be the best time yet. I felt like I could have gone quite a bit faster. It was humid so I tried to keep the pace down actually. No probs with traffic. Not wearing the backpack is working better. Just put a shirt in a plastic bag and keep it under my jersey.
