COMMENTS: Another good run. I can't believe the HR stayed out of the 160 range at that pace. I felt very good the whole time. I really think a 2 hr half marathon is possible. I tried the Clif Bloks. They almost choke me trying to chew it up and run and breath. The gels are much easier to just swallow. Had some P-ade at the half point. Time at the half was about 44 mins, so my 2nd half time was about 43 mins which is a good negative split. My weight seems to have leveled off. I would like to get to 155 by the race.
