COMMENTS: Felt good to do 4 again although a little slow. I wore a sweat shirt over a t-shirt and that was a little too warm. Just shorts was OK. My left calf is much better. It was a little tight on the run but not hurting. I'm going to stick with 4 until I get my speed back. Hopefully in time for the 5k next month. I haven't registered yet and will probably wait till the last minute. My first priority is the HM in March.
Used a different watch today. Nothing fancy but will keep lap times.
