COMMENTS: Wanted an easy run today to try to get some decent weekly mileage. With two weeks till the 5k I need to step up on the training. Felt good. I was shooting for a 9 min pace. First mile too fast but slowed too much the second. A little tired today after staying up late last night getting ready for night shift Mon. night.
