Forgot to start my watch so I didn't get an avg HR. I'm writing this on Thur the 6th. The workout went well. Took a good book so time went by pretty quick. Don't feel sore at all today. I could feel tension in my right knee. The same tension from a month ago after the 3 mile run. Still have that nagging tender spot on my left heel. I plan to run a mile at Bess today after work. I'll see how it goes. This outage schedule has really messed up my running. This workout is the first one of any kind in two weeks. Although climbing and walking through various parts of the plat for 12 hours in quite a workout.
