Quick trip out to Poston today to try out the Garmin. I like being able to see the heart rate at a glance. I'm concerned with the distance it shows. I've ridden this trail enough to know it's about 5.5 miles. I can change the sample rate and see if that helps. What really annoys me is the slack average speed it gives me.
