COMMENTS: Good workout at the gym. 30 mins on the ellip. Tried to keep my HR around 130. Did 5 extra reps of 5 on the quads for a total of 10 reps each and pushed 40 lbs 10 reps, 5 times with my legs. Just something different to build leg strength. I need to start working on core strength. That is suppose to help with running form.
