COMMENTS: Suppose to be a 10:44 pace. I can't seem to get the pace right when trying to run that slow. Thats probably why the HR is a little high. The temperature was good, mabe a little warm but manageable. Lost 1 1/2 lbs in sweat. Wasn't tired at any point. My knees complained a little but didn't bother me. My left toe hurt again after the run. I think its the nail. I tried tapeing it up, didn't seem to help. Some good long hills on this route gets the HR up.
