Another easy run to the Greenway. I was afraid my right knee might start complaining but it wasn't the case. It just seems to be telling me to take it easy for a bit. Thought I might be putting too much running on it but looks like it might be the bike. I didn't really have any complaints during the run. The 10:30 pace seems good for now while I'm building mileage. I'll up the pace later.
