COMMENTS: Good run. Little windy which made it cold at first. At the half I felt pretty tired. Probably from 2 hrs sleep today. Had half a gel going on the Greenway which was working on my stomach about a mile later. Not bad or uncomfortable but noticeable. Had the other half coming off the Greenway. Overall it was a good run considering coming off night shift. Mile 6 includes the longest uphill and a few seconds of walking coming off the Greenway finishing the gel.
May start wearing my HR monitor again.

Most of the mile marks were a few seconds ahead which gave me a warning that the next mile mark was coming up.
