COMMENTS: First trail bike ride.
Drove up to Roan Mountain for closing this morning. Got back about 1 and went to the park to ride the trails. The short loop wasn't bad. Did that one twice before attempting the big loop. The big loop had some difficult parts but I managed until I caught a small tree with the handle bar which put me on the ground instantly. My left knee hit something on the bike and is pretty sore. Riding the trail was a good workout but I think I'll stick to running it from now on. Probably won't run tomorrow morning. Very pleased with the bike otherwise.
