Notes
COMMENTS: 6 miles!! Good long run. The first 2 miles have the big hills. Thats probalbly where the zone 5 came in. Once I got past the big hills I have to think about pacing myself for the next 4 miles which is why the pace is a little slower than I expected. I would like to keep it around 9:50-10. Since this is my first long run i wanted to take it very easy. The last 4 miles are virtually flat and you just keep a steady pace with the HR in the mid 140's. No real problem areas as far as traffic goes. The round-about is easy to navigate.Effort 5-6. I have to concentrate on keeping my head up. At one point i noticed my knees getting tense on the insides.and reliazed I had my head down. As soon as I picked my head up and concentrated on form the tension almost instatnly went away. I guess I'll see tomorrow if I over did it.
