COMMENTS: Weather site said it "feels like" 85 deg. It rained last night and the sun is out so the humidity feels like 99%. I can tell by how wet my shirt is the humidity is high. The effort felt like 8/10. I lost track of the laps. I figured out i had finished about the time i crossed the line but did an extra one just to be sure. Nothing is bothering me at the moment. My left heel still has a sore spot when you press on it and is sore in the morning but dosen't bother my running.
