COMMENTS: Great weather. A little hot. I wanted to do the 2nd and 4th mile at an 8 min pace to see how it would feel. At the end of the 2nd mile the heat was taking its toll and I walked about 100 ft to the bridge. At the end of the 4th mile the temperature was really working on me and I finished the last tenth mile walking. I managed to do the two 8 min miles which was a good confidence booster.
