COMMENTS: Walked 2 laps before and after running.

Was a good run. Pretty quick pace but it didn't feel too hard. No problem with my knees. Feel ok now 2 hrs later. I walked 2 laps before and after running which makes the total 3 miles. I'm going to add another lap every other week untill I'm running the whole 3 miles. I need to add some running on asphalt as well.
