Super roller workout. Beats my best average by three mph. Rode Sufferfest 5 wide open. Stayed in a 52/13 most of the time. Matthew came out and wanted to ride with me and watch Ben 10. So I set him up. Used the DVD player as a timer and tried to do the rest of the workout. After he left I repeated some of the video. At one point I looked at the rear tire and noticed a lot of deflection. Stopped to check it and it was going flat. Pumped it up to 110 and did a five minute cool down. Don't know where the leak is. I'll check it tomorrow.
