COMMENTS: Thats a pretty high max HR for effort. Effort 6 at first and went to 8. Temp dropped a little from the rain. Was going to do 4 loops but didn't want to push it with the race Sun. Had a Mountain Rush Crank e-gel after one loop. Got a little stomach cramp at first but it quickly went away. This one is a little sour. Felt good most of the run. Not very tired and it was easy to control my breathing.
