COMMENTS: Great day to run. Too bad it wasn't on the schedule. Did 45 mins on the ellip. That's about the limit and my toes start going numb. It seems to help if I keep my feet flat on the pedals. Did some upper body work and leg lifts to strengthen my quads. I keep reading articles that say muscle imbalance my cause you to be injury prone.
